INGREDIENTS (for 4 people):
- 250 g ricotta, dried
- flour
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch of salt
- extravirgin olive oil
Be sure to drain well the ricotta before starting. Cut the ricotta in slices about 1 cm thick, then cover with flour and dip in whashed egg with salt.
Put the oil in a pan and make it hot, then fry the ricotta slices. Turn them until well goldened. Absorb eccess oil and serve still hot.
